Men of men

Zouga Ballantyne has in his blood a fanatical need to find diamonds, and it is in the diamond mines of Kimberley that he finally realises his fate. But the price of success in one of the most punishing places in the world is high, and Zouga loses his beloved wife to one of the many sicknesses that haunt the diamond mine camp.
